The formula contains stabilized vitamin C—a form of vitamin C that does not oxidize or irritate the skin, and which simultaneously lightens pigment, stimulates collagen synthesis, and acts as a powerful antioxidant. Niacinamide (vitamin B3) inhibits the transfer of pigment particles to skin cells, thereby interrupting the final step in pigment formation. Unlike the Vita.CEB12 Effector, which is a concentrated serum for targeted pigment treatment, the Vita.CEB12 Cream is the daily hydrating final step that also provides maintenance treatment. Always apply SPF when used during the day.
