Warm the Gua Sha by rubbing it between your hands.

First, apply a serum or cream to your face and neck — never use the Gua Sha on dry skin.

Start at the neck: sweep with firm but gentle pressure from bottom to top. Then move to the face: work from the chin to the cheeks, then across the forehead and around the eye area. Repeat each movement 3 to 5 times.

Hold the stone at a 45-degree angle against your skin for a smooth movement and optimal pressure.

Use it morning and/or evening after cleansing, before your cream.
